Allah knows best: Be the first to do a good deed for Allah's sake and a good number of people will insha-Allah follow, and whatever good reward or blessing those people earn from doing the good deed you taught you will also earn.
Good deeds that are done for the sake of God/Allah always bring with them good, while evil deeds only bring forth evil to their evildoers.
