3 Secrets to
not being jealous of a fellow Muslim:
not being jealous of a fellow Muslim:
1) As a Muslim, like
for your Muslim what you would like for yourself. Would you like it if a
friend was jealous of your achievements? So don't be jealous of them
just as you don't want your friends to be jealous of you :) 2) Know that
Allah gives what He wills to whom He wills, and always with Wisdom.
Allah always knows what is best. 3) What Allah gives to others can
always be a test -to see if that Muslim passes Allah's test through
thanking Allah more and through doing more good deeds to prove their
gratitude or if they fail Allah's test through selfishness, arrogance
and ingratitude.
1 Secret to not being jealous of a non-Muslim's
material things:
There really is no reason why we Muslims should envy an
unbeliever whose ultimate destination is Hell (unless Allah has Mercy
on them and guides them back to Islam). As long as you're Muslim then
you're better than the non-Muslim. And as long as you're a true Muslim
friend of Allah who is righteous and tries your best to implement
Allah's rules, then you are insha-Allah way better than that sinning
Muslim. It's all about one's faith/Imaan. Every one is equal to Allah,
what makes us better than the other is in our faith/Imaan and sincere
good deeds for Allah's sake :) Allah knows best :)
