Allah knows best.
Two reasons why some people can be very rude:
1) As kids, they never got a single attention from their irresponsible parents, and therefore they are begging for it from you.
2) They feel so inferior and insecure of themselves that they feel the need to put others down in order to just let go of their jealousy.
So when any stranger insults you and calls you names which do not describe you (but describes them best) just know that they are only sad and jealous people. May Allah guide them if they deserve Allah’s Mercy and Guidance. Ameen.

1~ They love to help out in only what is good and love sharing whatever lessons they’ve learned from life.
2~ They don’t walk around insulting others, especially strangers, because they know that rudeness is equal to insecurity.
