Allah knows best.
The du’a/supplication to say every time it rains:
“Allahumma sayyiban naafi’an”
“O’ Allah please grant/give us beneficial rainfall”
‘beneficial rainfall’ meaning good rain that will benefit the plants and environment not that which will cause harm such as floods and typhoons. Ameen.
After the rainfall say:
“Mutirna bi-fadhlAllah wa rahmatih”
“We were given rainfall through Allah’s blessing and Mercy.”
Always adhere/stick to the Qur’an and the Sunnah/tradition of the Messenger Muhammad SallAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam. May Allah accept our good deeds. Ameen.
